Observe the opportunity for children to launch their very own startup business!
Kids develop a brand, create a product or service, build a marketing strategy, and then open for customers at our one-day marketplace.
We will host up to 40 booths at our very first Children's Business Fair on Saturday, November 25th from 10 am to 4 pm in the Red River District. We will hold the fair in conjunction with the city of Shreveport's annual holiday celebration on Small Business Saturday. Following the event, there will be a fireworks show on the riverfront, the lighting of the Christmas tree, food trucks and so much more. This is going to be an all day family event.
Applications are due on October 7,2017. We are only able to host 40 booths this year so applications will be on a first come bases. All approved applicants will be notified by October 8th if their business proposal has been submitted. There is a $25 registration fee for all approved applicants.
