Apologies for the confusing “add child” button on the application—it’s a preset feature I’m unable to remove.

- If a child is sick or cannot attend, the spot may be transferred to another child with prior approval from the host.

Where can I take a look at samples of what others do?

Only One child per booth per business can participate due to small table space. Please feel free to contact me if you’d like to discuss exceptions.
If you have two children participating with two booths, please complete separate applications for each. Please do not use the "Add child" button. It's a preset feature I’m unable to remove.
Do children need to speak Cantonese to participate in the fair?
Our goal is to create opportunities for kids to explore and engage with Cantonese culture and language.
While speaking Cantonese isn’t a requirement, each booth owner will have a simple task: to introduce a bit of Cantonese to visitors during the event. This will be explained in the welcome package sent out upon application acceptance.
- This is a child-led event. Kids are responsible for setup, customer interaction, and sales.
- Parents can assist with the application but are encouraged to let kids take the lead. Once your application is approved, you will have 7 days to pay your $10 fee to secure your spot.
- This is not a drop-and-go activity. Each child must have one grown-up helper present on-site throughout the event to assist as needed.
- Spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Submit your application early to secure your place!
