The Havelock Children’s Vendor Fair is a one-day marketplace that encourages kids to tap into their entrepreneurial spirit. Children will have the opportunity to showcase and run their own businesses — from concept to customer!
We are accepting up to 25 kid-run businesses for this event.
Applications must be submitted online. Please submit one application per business category. If children are working together (maximum of 2 per business), include both names in the same application. Reminder they can only sell in 1 business category. (Baked goods, crafts, beverages, etc.)
If selling in multiple business categories they need to submit separate applications.
It’s okay! For example, if two kids want to sell cupcakes, we’ll allow both. We’ll notify later applicants of similar businesses so they can adjust if they wish.
Each business is responsible for bringing their own setup:
- One 6-foot table
- One 10x10 tent
- Chairs
No, electricity will not be provided for booths.
This event is about kids learning by doing.
- Children should handle setup, customer interaction, and sales.
- Parents of younger kids may sit in the booth but should let the child lead.
- Parents may assist with the application, but we encourage children to be as involved as possible.
By purchasing tickets, vendor space, classes, activities, or related services for this Event, you agree to the following terms:
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 calendar days (6/20/26) before the Event date to receive a full refund.
Requests made within 7 days (6/20/26 - 6-27-26) of the Event are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for missed attendance, scheduling conflicts, illness, late cancellations, or unused portions of the Event if not submitted at least 7 days before the event.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing your purchase, you authorize this transaction and acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy. You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for charges that comply with these terms.
The Event organizer retains transaction records, confirmations, and policy acknowledgments to respond to invalid or fraudulent chargebacks.
Event Cancellation
If the Event is canceled by the organizer and not rescheduled, a full refund will be issued.
