Frequently asked questions
What time and where do I arrive?
Arrive between 2 and 3 p.m. to set up. Pull into the circle drive to unload and set up your items. We will have volunteers to help with unloading, but we will not have volunteers for the end-of-event breakdown. Please plan accordingly. Then park at Champion Forest Baptist Church event parking. We recommend bringing a wagon. There will be a community parade after the fair, and you cannot pull your car up to your booth at the end.
If you arrive after 3pm, park at Champion Forest Baptist Church event parking and walk with your items.
How many items should I bring?
You can choose the number of items you want to bring. This is a large fair and community event. Typically, the crowd enjoys purchasing items at this fair.
