About the fair
Thank you for your interest in the Young Entrepreneur Christmas Market. The event will be held outdoors at the Lakewood Court Center (11620 Louetta Rd)
Saturday, December 7, 2024
10am-2pm (set up before and clean up after the event time)

Please fill out the vendor form. I will contact you to approve your registration and give payment instructions. Your space is not reserved until registration is approved and payment has been made. Once registration is complete, you will receive an email with vendor booth information.

There will be no electricity available unless arranged prior to the event. There will be an additional $5 charge.

Frequently asked questions

How do I apply? Can I apply as part of a group?
Application must be submitted online. Please submit one application for each business. Children working as a group should submit one application that includes each child’s information. No more than 2 participants per business.

How many businesses will you accept?
We will accept up to 36 businesses.

What if someone else has the same business idea? 
Two cupcake businesses? Not a problem. In general, we will let market forces play out, though we will let later entries know if another applicant has a similar idea so the later entrant can decide what to do.

How will the fair be set up?
The fair will be a tented outdoor event with booths. Each business will be given a 10'x10' booth space. Please bring your own 10'x10' tent (optional), table (6ft recommended), and chairs. Tablecloths will not be provided.

Will electricity be available?
There is no electricity offered as this is an outdoor event. If electricity is needed, please talk to me to discuss prior to the event.

What are the rules?
This event is designed to give children the experience of selling products or services.

Parents of younger children may sit in the booth, but the children should be responsible for set up, customer interaction, and sales.

Parents may help their child fill out the application, but we expect the children to do as much as possible by themselves.
