VENDOR LAUNCH PARTY
Don’t miss our Kickoff Launch party for all accepted vendors! Launch Party for Group A is on October 8 from 5-7:30 PM. Launch Party for Group B is on October 22 from 5-7:30 pm.
IMPORTANT DETAILS
Applications are processed weekly starting in September. We reserve the right to limit the number of businesses that can sell a similar product, e.g. slime, bath bombs.
All products must be homemade and not store-bought. We encourage young creatives to build a product and launch from scratch! We also accept service-based businesses, e.g. lawn care, dog walking, custom art. If you are selling food make sure you become familiar with Florida's cottage law under Escambia County.
Last-minute changes to business plans may not be accepted due to planning and logistics. There is a $15 participation fee just like a real market.
Once you apply, expect to hear back within 7 business days or the following Monday. The participation fee must be paid within 72 hours of acceptance. If payment is not received by that time, the spot will be forfeited to the next entrepreneur in line due to the high number of expected applicants.

Frequently asked questions
- What product or service do you plan to sell?
- What price will you charge for each product/service? How much will each product/service cost you?
- How will you pay for your startup costs? If someone is helping you with your startup costs, how will you pay that person back?
- How will you advertise/market your business before the fair?
- At the end of the fair, how will you determine if your business was a success?
One parent/adult guardian only of younger children may sit in the booth with the children, but the children should be responsible for set up, customer interaction, and sales. Only 1 parent is allowed behind the vendor booth at all time. We encourage other parents/caregivers to volunteer for PCBF day of fair or bring a chair and sit in the vendor family area!
Parents may help their child fill out the application, but we expect the children to do as much as possible by themselves.
